| Trossachs Treks is owned and operated by Arthur Jones from his home near Aberfoyle. Arthur has been walking the Scottish hills for most of his life (he thinks he was five when he climbed his first Munro) and is an experienced walking guide with a passion for the outdoors. Although he has walked and climbed in many countries around the world, he still believes that, on a fine day, there is nowhere to beat his native Scotland.
He is a qualified mountain leader, holds a current first aid certificate, is a member of the Mountain Leader Training Association and is a provider of National Navigation Award Scheme courses.
